You can set goals according to your purpose of the campaign. For example, you canset login, cart add or purchase as goals. If you have not set a goal yet, you can create a new one by clicking "+Goal" on the right. You can also choose a goal from the ones already set.
By setting the target users, you can make sure that the campaign content is displayed to the right users. You can select from an existing user group or by creating a new one. If you haven't set up a user group yet, you can create new one by clicking "+Add New User Group".
In addition, you can also specify the conditions of current visit (user behavior, visit attributes).
User Behavior: Including web page visited, Events performed.
Visit Properties: Visit Type, Entry Page, URL Source, Source Host, Camapign Name(utm_campaign), Campaign Source(utm_source), Campaign Medium(utm_medium), Campaign Term(utm_term), Campaign Content(utm_content), Device Type, OS, OS Version, Browser, Browser Version, Resolution, Brand, Country / Area, State / City.

You can set the start and end time of your campaign, and also periodically show or stop your campaign by setting delivery time. If you are running a recurring campaign, you can set up a schedule to make it more efficient.
Start and End Time: You can set the start and end date and time, down to the second.
Delivery Time: You can auto-show or auto-pause at the time or day of the week you specify.
Timezone: You have two choices - match the project's timezone (default) or the visitor's timezone. If you set the timezone to the project's timezone, any timezone crossings will be converted to the project's timezone. If you choose to match the visitor's time zone, you will not match the project time zone, and the following cases may occur. For example, if you deliver from 12:00, there is a case that the data is measured from 10:00 in the campaign report due to the time zone.
